Our business office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Outside of these times you may leave messages. Appointments can be scheduled by calling our Issaquah or Renton offices.  Please do not use e-mail to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If there is a need to cancel please give us at least one business day's notice. Appointments missed or cancelled without this advance notice will be charged up to the full appointment fee. Insurance companies will not pay for missed or cancelled appointments and you will be responsible for these charges.
