Dr John Sutton-Gamache is from Homer, Alaska where he practiced for 22 years as a clinical psychologist, completing evaluations and forensic work. He received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, California in 1980 (previously named the United States International University).  He is licensed in the state of Washington and Alaska and completed his internship at the Osawatomie State Psychiatric Hospital in Kansas, then spent 15 years with a public mental health clinic.  His orientation is best described as psychodynamic in psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral in counseling and sees adults 18 years and up. He treats trauma/abuse, personality disorders, anger management and men’s issues.
